Noni is taken the same way it has been for generations: a small measure, once a day. Each morning, take 60ml of Magical Noni followed by 20ml of water, about 20 minutes before breakfast. Taken every day as part of a daily ritual, the way noni has been enjoyed for over 2,000 years. Like any good ritual, it is the daily consistency that makes it part of your routine. One 750ml bottle lasts about 12 days at the daily 60ml ritual. A box of 4 lasts about 50 days.
